Items required to process an application:

• Completed application
• $10 application fee
• Photo ID
• Criminal background check
• 2 Most recent paystubs (monthly income must meet income requirements)
• Proof of income if not from employment (monthly income must meet income requirements)
• Section 8 documentation (if applicable)
